November saw the delivery of yet 3 more lorries to Countrystyle. 3 new DAF 85.360 hooklift trucks arrived with the latest Multilift XR Lifting equipment, complete with a new generation of a sheeting system and such advancements as a system that unloads skips quicker. The vehicles are all Euro 5 Specification demonstrating Countrystyle’s commitment to the environment through reduced emissions and each have been tailored to ensure that they are totally driver friendly.

November saw Countrystyle begin to supply the Turkey Mill Estate in Maidstone with a total waste management contract. The contract was one due to the hard work and efforts of our sales team and was secured thanks to the ability of the group to supply the estate with a recycling service for cardboard, paper and glass, along with the ability to attend the site early so as to avoid inconvenience to the Turkey Mill’s tenants.

Philippa West has recently joined Countrystyle to take on the role of Customer Account Manager. Pippa joins us from the ‘temporary building and portable convenience hire’ industry and brings with her a degree in Environmental Management and an avid interest in the waste management and recycling industry. Paul Phillips joined the group in October and has settled in extremely well. He comes with a wealth of industry knowledge following a 16 year stint with Drinkwater Sabey/BF/Sita and other associated companies, both operating Roll on Roll off vehicles as a sales manager for the companies.
